The Gathering is First Presbyterian Church’s contemporary worship experience. When you attend this casual service, you’ll be greeted with a smiling face. You can head over to our coffee station and then grab a seat among friends.

During The Gathering, you’ll hear contemporary worship songs in addition to time-honored hymns that declare the glory and majesty of our incredible God. Live music includes guitars, drums, and keyboards. We use several media to communicate the truth of God’s love through video clips, readings, and other creative elements.
Our prayer is not that you’ll be entertained (although we like to have fun). Rather, we hope that you’ll have a real and relevant encounter with a Loving God who sent us His Son Jesus Christ as the hope of the world. His redemption is real, His love is complete, and we believe He desires to take imperfect people like us and transform us for a purpose beyond what we can imagine. (Ephesians 3:20)
